KIHMT Campus, a venture of KIHMT Skills Private Limited, provides Hotel Management Institute franchise opportunities to eligible partners.
The KIHMT Campus franchise fee is a one-time fee payable by the approved franchise partner as per the applicable franchise proposal and agreement.
Once the franchise fee has been paid, it is strictly non-refundable.
The franchise fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation, withdrawal, change of decision, closure of the proposed campus, inability to commence operations, or any other reason after payment has been made, except where a refund is expressly required under applicable law.
Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as required by applicable law. Taxes paid along with the franchise fee are also subject to the applicable tax and refund provisions.
Submitting a franchise enquiry through this website does not itself involve any payment or create a franchise agreement. Franchise approval and commercial terms are subject to the applicable franchise proposal and agreement.
The complete rights, responsibilities, commercial terms and conditions of the franchise partnership will be governed by the applicable franchise agreement between the concerned parties.
